As an Investment Banking Analyst Intern on the GP Solutions team, you'll assist in financial models, manage investors, and support GP-led transactions, gaining valuable exposure to the investment banking field. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations - Manage investors throughout the capital raise process including by helping to facilitate their diligence - Perform research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business generation - Gain exposure to live GP-led transaction deal activity - Work closely with mid-level and senior management to support execution of GP-led secondary transactions for key financial sponsor relationships - Hone your skills by working closely with sponsor clients, secondary investors and Baird’s sector and product teams on a variety of GP-led transactions - Learn analytical skills through broad exposure to both junior and senior bankers, that will prepare you for a full-time career in Investment Banking Required Qualifications: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program required with a graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027 - A full-time minimum 10-week commitment during the summer is required - Proven interest in investment banking or other areas within the financial services industry is beneficial - Possess a strong work ethic and a record for excellence - Ability to function both within teams and self-directed tasks - Superior intellect, demonstrated leadership ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence Required Skills: Financial modeling, Client presentations, Research, analysis, Investment banking knowledge, Capital raising process, GP-led secondary transactions, Commitment to excellence, Self-direction Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
