Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
This is a Weekend shift position, working Friday-Sunday, 8am-8pm.
This position will come with an additional 10% shift differential on top of your base rate.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the testing of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The Test Technician will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

· Testing of complex electromechanical systems, including sub-assemblies and final products

· Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and test equipment

· Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality

· Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues and defects

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes and reduce defects

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly activities, including work orders, test results, and quality control data.
