In the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area we develop next-generation threat detection, countermeasure, and attack solutions to provide customers with full-spectrum electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Within this setting, our Operations employees turn innovative engineering designs into real solutions to meet our customers’ needs. The selected candidate will join the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and perform a critical role of Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) in support of franchise programs in early development and long-standing production phases. The SCPM operates as a critical extension of the program manager by assuming full ownership and accountability for material execution on their assigned program(s), inclusive of strategy, cost, schedule, technical, and quality with support from a cross-functional integrated product team (IPT). Expect quick immersion into a fast-paced and highly visible environment that specialize in next-generation countermeasures that help aircraft answer evolving IR and RF threats while providing layers of defense.

In this role you will:
- Manage the execution of subcontracts and purchase orders for materials, equipment, supplies, and services of a highly specialized and complex nature through all phases of the program lifecycle.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage assigned subcontracts to perform to each project’s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract.
- Author, manage and influence critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times
- Deliver quality customer service to both internal and external customers and foster and maintain good supplier relationships, while driving a Zero-Defect mindset with suppliers.
- Participate in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s).
