As our Junior AV/VTC Engineer, you will assist in ensuring the seamless functionality of AV/VTC systems, working closely with our AV Design and Programming team, Project Managers, and customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining AV/VTC systems to meet user requirements and operational effectiveness
- Support evaluation of systems for obsolescence and security hardening
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their system needs and upgrade requirements
- Review technical documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and government security guidelines
- Participate in customer acceptance tests and end-user training
- Assist in configuring equipment, including Digital Signal Processing (DSP) systems
