In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer with a strong ATCS background to lead the development of automated Hardware-in-the-Loop test capability for mission-critical advance compact electronic systems. This role involves automated verification, system-level testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high reliability and performance.
Responsibilities include:
This is a fully onsite position at BAE System’s Canal Street facility. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work on-site due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on-site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

- Liaison with a partner organization to leverage an existing automated test environment
- Configure and maintain test environments in the target facility
- Work with Systems Engineers and Electronic Warfare SMEs to automate existing procedures and analysis
- Perform verification and validation of software and hardware components.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering team to leverage new automated test environment into CI/CD pipelines
