Summary: Baden Sports is a company that believes in the power of sport to build stronger individuals and communities. They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Mountain West territory by building strong partnerships within the sports community. Responsibilities: - Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Mountain West territory - Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners - Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools, and youth sports organizations - Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven) - Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events - Track market trends and competitor activity - Submit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records Required Qualifications: - Outside sales experience preferred - Experience in athletics is preferred - Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email) - Excellent organization and time-management abilities - Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently - High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking - Willingness to travel frequently - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook Benefits: Competitive compensation (Salary range includes base salary + expected commissions), 401(k)  with company match, Health and dental insurance, Paid vacation, A team-first culture driven by passion for sports
