Recruiter Location: Miami, FL About the Role We're looking for an experienced contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support full-cycle hiring across multiple functions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring managers while keeping the candidate experience front and center. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across business functions, from intake through offer Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other creative channels Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against defined competencies and role requirements Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS throughout the recruiting process Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to TA leadership and hiring managers Help ensure a consistent, positive experience for every candidate regardless of outcome Contribute to process improvements and share feedback on what's working and what isn't What You Bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting Comfort recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Corporate, etc.) Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to finding talent Experience working in an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar) Clear, professional communication with hiring managers and candidates alike Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once without dropping the ball on details A collaborative mindset and low ego, you're here to get things done Nice to Have Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar Background supporting TA ops or process improvement initiatives LEADERSHIP AGILITY At Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.
