We’re seeking a Full-time Entry Level Business Management Associate to represent Quantum Fiber from AT&T. The Entry Level Business Management Associate will help coordinate customer acquisition efforts, organize sales priorities, and monitor team performance in person.
As an Entry-Level Business Manager, you will enter a leadership pipeline designed to develop you into an effective manager. Your training covers two areas: sales excellence and team development. The Entry Level Business Management Associate will also learn how to represent Quantum Fiber in person, introducing them to high-speed internet that actually works the way it should.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Management Associate
- Lead by example in person, confidently highlighting Quantum Fiber’s high-speed internet benefits, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages trust and curiosity.
- Help customers see the benefits of upgrading to Quantum Fiber in person, making their online experiences smoother and more enjoyable.
- Build credibility in person by listening to customer needs and explaining how Quantum Fiber’s seamless connectivity enhances streaming, remote working, and online learning.
- Support a quick, hassle-free upgrade experience by clearly communicating the simple steps involved in switching to Quantum Fiber.
- Foster trust through genuine engagement, showing how Quantum Fiber’s superior internet can improve their digital lifestyle with stability and speed.
- Keep customers informed about Quantum Fiber’s latest offerings and promotional deals, naturally weaving these into sales conversations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
