QA Engineer III at Aziro in Hybrid - Bengaluru

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality engineering initiatives across customer-facing products and services. This role will focus on End-to-End (E2E) automation, Customer Journey Testing, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering using modern automation technologies including Playwright, TypeScript, and Applied AI solutions.
  Primary Skills: Strong hands on exp in Manual testing (Functional Testing, Regression Testing, E2E Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, API Testing) and building test automation using selenium, Playwright and TypeScript Experience/very good understanding of Salesforce CRM/ Service cloud support capabilities like case, chat, email, phone etc..
  Minimum Qualifications
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Experience/very good understanding of Salesforce CRM/ Service cloud support capabilities like case, chat, email, phone etc..
• Experience building and maintaining modern automation frameworks from the ground up
• Strong understanding of End-to-End (E2E) testing methodologies and customer journey validation
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience applying AI and Generative AI technologies to Quality Engineering workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and security testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with test data management and environment orchestration

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing and Automation Testing.
• Candidate should be able to design, develop, and execute automation solutions independently.
• Experience with Playwright is preferred; however, candidates with strong Selenium automation experience will also be considered.
• Practical coding-based automation experience is required. Candidates with experience only in low-code/no-code automation tools are not preferred.

Other Skills

• Basic to intermediate  understanding of Salesforce, particularly Salesforce testing concepts.
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and customer support workflows is desirable.
• Understanding of customer support processes such as case creation, chat support, callbacks, and support channels.
• Experience working with integrated applications and end-to-end testing scenarios.

Additional Technical Expectations

• Knowledge of API Testing and integration testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Bruno, Rest Assured, or similar API testing tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts, Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Awareness of automation integration within CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
