Project Manager/Scrum Master

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Noida

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to manage Agile delivery for a Salesforce development team. The candidate will coordinate sprint activities, manage delivery processes, track issues and dependencies, and ensure effective collaboration between onshore stakeholders and the offshore development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum calls, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, technical leads, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Track sprint progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Ensure stories are properly defined, estimated, assigned, and tracked.
• Manage delivery schedules and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify blockers and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain project and sprint documentation.
• Monitor team velocity and delivery metrics.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and SDLC processes.
• Coordinate release planning and deployment activities.
• Support continuous improvement and process governance.
• Manage communication between onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Management, or Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing software development teams.
• Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD and software release processes.
• Strong experience with sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.

Preferred

• Experience supporting Salesforce programs.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
