They are seeking a UX Design Intern to simplify complex enterprise products into intuitive designs while collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience. Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to modernize the product’s look and feel across screens and workflows - Improve visual communication (layout, typography, iconography, and presentation materials) to increase clarity and maximize our impact - Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs - Contribute to the development, expansion, modernization and implementation of our design system - Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards in design implementation - Help conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose improvements that will give us a competitive advantage - Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI Required Qualifications: - Ability to create polished graphic design and presentation-ready deliverables - Ability to simplify complex concepts into elegant interfaces - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Innovative spirit with creativity to push design boundaries - Curiosity and willingness to learn - Proficiency with design tools (Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop) Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus Required Skills: Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Communication, Design Tools - Figma, Design Tools - Illustrator, Design Tools - Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Curiosity, Willingness to learn
