They are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineering Intern to join their Cloud Center of Excellence team, where the intern will work on cloud SaaS solutions and gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies and AI initiatives. Responsibilities: - Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals - Learn the basics of software and technology utilized by the organization - Familiarize yourself with the organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Actively contribute to live projects with real deadlines and deliverables - Gain valuable insights into the essentials of working in a corporate environment - Research, develop, and implement cloud and AI-related initiatives, supporting global cloud operations processes and reporting - Evaluate business and technical requirements to identify, implement, and update processes & technologies - Collaborate with Operations, Security, R&D, Product Management, and other business functions. You will participate in activities such as planning, demos, and workshops - Utilize AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT & Copilot to solve business and operational challenges - Gain exposure to cloud technologies, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, AWS, & Azure - Gain exposure to other technologies and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Operating Systems & Databases - Create and update technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing repositories for cloud operations Required Qualifications: - Pursuing Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Coursework or projects in programming, coding, cloud-based applications, or distributed systems - Experience with one or more technology frameworks & tools, such as Git/GitHub, Claude, ChatGPT & Copilot - Experience with data structures and algorithms - Basic knowledge of Java, C#, Python or JavaScript - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Willingness to learn - Good interpersonal skills - Curiosity - Self-motivated Required Skills: Cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud security, Cloud operations, CI/CD pipelines, Containerization technologies, AWS, Azure, Git, GitHub, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Data structures, Algorithms, Curiosity
