Job Title: International Voice Process (customer support).

Compensation:
• Fixed CTC: 5 LPA

• 2 Weekly Offs

Eligibility:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
