Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals and references
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Follow up with candidates
- Maintain basic recruitment records
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- 01 year experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- HR internship experience is an advantage
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email and Internet
- Willingness to learn
Salary:
Freshers: 13,000 + Performance Incentives
HR Intern Experience: 13,00015,000 + Performance Incentives
Salary revision after 2 months based on performance, with earning potential up to 25,000.
Working Hours
MondayFriday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Sunday: Holiday
