Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, billing, and cost control.
  
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues related to quantities and costs.
  
• Provide accurate estimates of materials required for construction projects.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) with expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of QS principles and practices with proficiency in software like AutoCAD or similar tools.
