WALK-IN Home Loan at Axis Bank in Mumbai (All Areas)(Kurla +4)

Key Responsibilities
• Generate Home Loan business through branch walk-in customers and branch references.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to generate referrals.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and documentation.
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing.
• Ensure complete KYC and loan documentation as per company policies.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Cross-sell banking products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Insurance, and other retail products, wherever applicable.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update the CRM system.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or Banking Sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered (as per company policy).

Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Home Loan products and documentation.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
