Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will work directly with the engineering team on the following strategic initiatives:
- Build, improve, and maintain an ecosystem of software services and APIs that manage a fleet of flexible, intelligent, and resilient assets; from the cloud to the IoT edge.
- Collaborate with hardware, controls, modeling, and data science teams to develop innovative, AI-enabled products.
- Engineer reliability and scale into our multi-tenant microservices stack, scaling from handfuls to thousands of customer sites.
- Contribute to cloud-native deployment practices across our production environment.
- Reduce technical debt by addressing existing shortcuts and setting a higher bar for new feature development.
- Build and orchestrate AI Agents to accelerate team productivity and deliver customer value.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and foster knowledge sharing.
- Improve internal tooling and documentation to make the development experience more accessible.
- Develop full-stack features that connect backend services to user-facing interfaces.
WHO YOU ARE

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong software design instincts; comfortable across object-oriented and functional paradigms.
- Motivated to contribute across the full stack, from strategy and architecture to coding, testing, and production operations.
- Quick to pick up new technologies and development methodologies.
- A self-directed problem-solver who generates innovative solutions with minimal oversight.
- Passionate about technology innovation, product development, and commercial/industrial SaaS.
