The Sourcing Intern will support the Global/Regional Sourcing function by assisting with supplier data management, spend analysis, sourcing initiatives, and process improvement activities, providing hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing and procurement operations. Responsibilities: - Support the Sourcing team with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to supplier spend, cost savings, and sourcing initiatives - Assist in maintaining supplier records, contracts, and sourcing documentation - Participate in supplier research, benchmarking, and market analysis - Support sourcing projects, RFQs/RFPs, and cost comparison activities as directed - Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Operations, Finance, Quality) to gather information and support sourcing objectives - Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation of standard work - Prepare presentations and summary materials for internal stakeholders - Support planning and coordination for the annual Supplier Summit, including assisting with logistics, supplier communications, agenda materials, etc - Other duties as assigned - Supports the department with all necessary administrative or clerical work - Supports the department with all necessary project work Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field - Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Interest in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operations Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or coursework related to supply chain or business analytics Required Skills: Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical Skills, Interest in Sourcing
