Responsibilities: - Map current workflows (creative, marketing, PR) and identify improvement opportunities - Design automated processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency - Create clear documentation and process diagrams - Monitor performance and continuously optimize - Build and test prompts for content generation, research, and analysis - Configure automation tools (training provided on specific platforms) - Codes to pull from API’s and configures integrations between tools and systems - Writes and deploys code from Github to production - Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability - Ability to interview stakeholders and capture requirements - Define success criteria for each automated workflow - Track performance metrics (speed, quality, cost-effectiveness) - Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions - Provide technical training and support to teams Required Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience in a marketing or sales operations or business process improvement - B.S.
