🚨 HIGH PRIORITY | Pediatric Private Duty RN – Port St. Lucie & Fort Pierce, FL

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding pediatric home care opportunity? Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dependable RNs to provide one-on-one private duty nursing in the Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce areas. Two cases with different care needs and schedules are available!
🩺 CASE 1: Port St. Lucie / Fort Pierce, FL 34953
Care Needs: G-Tube
Schedule: Sundays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Hours: 10 hours per week
Case Highlights: Care takes place in two households, depending on the weekend. Safe patient-handling procedures are essential, and assistance must be coordinated as needed at each location.
🩺 CASE 2: Fort Pierce, FL 34982
Care Needs: G-Tube | Trach (G/T)
Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; overnight shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Hours: Up to 36 hours per week
Case Highlights: Multiple shifts need coverage, with opportunities for dependable nurses to help provide consistency in care.
🌟 Ideal Candidate:
Active Florida RN license.
Pediatric nursing experience, especially with G-tube and trach care.
Dependable, attentive, and committed to providing safe, individualized care.
Comfortable coordinating care across home settings when required.
Able to follow safe patient-handling procedures and communicate when assistance is needed.

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
