Responsibilities: - Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment - Understand each customer's workflows and configure our AI agents to fit their operational needs - Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows that connect our voice AI and document agents to customer systems (claims management platforms, CRMs) - Prompt engineering, voice customization, and agent behavior refinement based on real customer usage patterns and feedback - Channel insights back to our product and engineering teams to shape our roadmap - Guide customers through complex decisions about AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration Required Qualifications: - Customer focus with technical backbone: You can hold a technical conversation with a CTO and explain AI capabilities to a claims manager. You care deeply about customer outcomes, not just technical elegance - Builder mentality: 1-3 years building or implementing technical solutions. You have foundational coding skills in Python or TypeScript—enough to build integrations, debug issues, and understand system architecture - Communication skills: You can explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You write well, present confidently, and know when to simplify and when to get technical - Extreme agency: You thrive in ambiguity. When blockers appear, you find solutions.
