If you do not currently have a TOP SECRET clearance, but you do meet the technical requirements for the role and you are willing to get a clearance, you should still apply. You would have to obtain an “interim” TOP SECRET clearance to start working and then obtain a fully adjudicated TOP SECRET clearance to continue working in this role.
