Job Description
Summary: Autura is revolutionizing the towing and recovery industry with innovative software solutions. As a Data Analytics Intern, you will work on integrating critical customer data across multiple platforms, creating a unified view of data, and developing dashboards to track key metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and buildout of a unified data layer in Snowflake, pulling from Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and other sources
- Help document the current state of data across systems and identify gaps and integration opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in ThoughtSpot that surface key customer metrics (churn, CLTV, retention trends, support volume)
- Clean, validate, and organize data from multiple source systems
- Help develop and track a project plan for the broader data integration initiative
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders in a clear, visually appealing, business-ready format
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Comfortable with SQL; Python is a plus
- Familiar with or curious about tools like Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk -- you don't need experience with all of them, but exposure to stitching data across systems is a strong signal
- Able to look at a messy data problem and start asking the right questions
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with a distributed team
- Has examples of prior work -- a project, analysis, or dashboard you built -- that you can walk us through
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with AI tools, ideally Claude
