Responsibilities for Transport Aide:

• Assist residents with safe transport to and from medical appointments and other scheduled destinations.
• Help residents enter and exit vehicles safely.
• Ensure residents are comfortable and secure during transport.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and facility personnel regarding transport schedules.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and compassionate approach when assisting residents.
• Follow all facility safety procedures and transport guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Transport Aide:

• Previous experience as a Transport Aide preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs.
• Valid driver's license required if driving facility vehicles.
