Summary: Automated Dairy Systems is looking for a dependable and hardworking Product Fabrication & Assembly Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves fabricating and assembling dairy equipment, as well as assisting with installations at customer locations. The position offers training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career. Responsibilities: - Assist in the fabrication and assembly of dairy equipment and automation products - Work alongside experienced team members to build and prepare systems for installation - Spend time in the shop assembling, wiring, fabricating, and testing products - Travel to customer sites to assist with equipment installation, setup, and service work - Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently - Follow assembly drawings, instructions, and production standards - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and at a high standard Required Qualifications: - Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively - Comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks - Willingness to work both in the shop and in the field as needed - Ability to lift and move materials/equipment safely Preferred Qualifications: - Mechanical aptitude is a plus - Basic welding or fabrication experience is helpful but not required Required Skills: Hand tools, Power tools, Fabrication equipment, Assembly, Wiring, Fabrication, Testing products, Basic welding Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), Paid time off, Additional benefits
