The Technician Escape Plan at Auto Ranch Group in Denver, CO

A Better Career. A Better Community. A Better Future.

Ontario Auto Ranch Ford | Fruitland, Idaho

At some point, most experienced technicians start asking themselves the same question:

“Is this really the lifestyle I want long term?”

Long commutes. High housing costs. Crowded cities. Constant stress. Never-ending warranty work. Feeling like just another number in a massive shop.

Many technicians are making decent money while sacrificing everything outside of work to do it.

Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is offering something different.

Not just another job. A real long-term opportunity to build a better life.

Why Technicians Are Leaving Metro Areas

Technicians across larger cities are realizing something important:

Making more money on paper does not always mean building a better future.

In many metro areas:

• Housing costs continue climbing
• Traffic steals hours from every week
• Crime and gang-related activity continue increasing
• Schools become more difficult to trust
• Stress follows you home every night

Meanwhile, many technicians still feel stuck in shops where they are treated like production numbers instead of professionals.

That is why more technicians are looking toward places like western Idaho.

Welcome to Fruitland, Idaho

Fruitland offers the kind of lifestyle many people thought no longer existed.

Here you will find:

• Affordable housing and property ownership opportunities
• Strong schools and family-oriented communities
• Safer neighborhoods and lower crime rates
• Short commutes and less daily stress
• Open spaces and freedom outside the city
• Hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, boating, and motorsports nearby

This is a place where your kids can still grow up outdoors. Where your days off actually feel like time off. Where your paycheck stretches further. Where life outside of work matters again.

The Career Side Matters Too

A better lifestyle only works if the career opportunity is real.

At Ontario Auto Ranch Ford, we are building a shop environment designed for technicians who want long-term growth, stability, and earning potential.

We are not interested in burning technicians out. We are interested in helping them build careers.

What We Offer

• Strong flat-rate earning potential
• Sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates
• Relocation and toolbox moving assistance
• Consistent workflow
• Fair dispatching
• Paid training and development
• Leadership support inside the shop
• Modern tooling and equipment
• A professional team environment

Most importantly: You are not just another number here.

Long-Term Growth Matters

Many shops hire technicians. Very few develop them.

At Ontario Auto Ranch Ford, we focus heavily on long-term career growth.

Our goal is to help motivated technicians continue advancing:

• Pit Crew
• Mentorship Program
• B-Level Technician
• A-Level Technician
• Senior Master Technician
• Shop Leadership Opportunities

The technician who keeps learning, stays productive, and takes pride in their craft has significant earning and career growth potential here.

Work-Life Balance Is Not Just a Slogan

A lot of dealerships talk about balance. Very few actually support it.

We understand something many shops forget: A technician with a strong personal life performs better professionally.

That means creating an environment where technicians can:

• Spend time with family
• Enjoy hobbies and recreation
• Own homes and land
• Raise children in safer communities
• Build financial stability over time

Success should not come at the expense of your entire life outside the shop.

The Right Fit

This opportunity is for technicians who:

• Want more than just another job
• Take pride in their work ethic
• Want to continue growing professionally
• Value quality of life outside of work
• Are thinking about the long-term future for themselves and their family

If you have been considering a change, this may be the opportunity worth exploring.

Sometimes the best career move is not just about making more money.

Sometimes it is about building a better life.
