About the Role We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Part-Time Retail Team Member to join our team at our new store opening in the Canberra Outlet next month! This is an excellent opportunity for a retail professional who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences and takes pride in providing personalised service. What you’ll be doing

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions Use your product knowledge and styling skills to help customers look and feel their best Work with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture Keep the store looking its best through visual merchandising, stock processing, and presentation

What we're looking for

Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment A genuine passion for the GAZMAN brand and our customers Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset Excellent visual merchandising and styling ability Reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Availability to work a roster across Monday, Sunday, Tuesday, and/or Friday, approximately 20 - 25 hours per week Flexibility to work additional hours as required during peak trading periods and to cover team leave
