Production Manager at Aurum Foods in Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end food production operations across our manufacturing units. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, resolving production issues, and managing the complete production cycle from raw material procurement to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end food production operations across multiple production units.
• Visit factories regularly to monitor production activities.
• Identify production issues, stop production if required, implement corrective actions, and restart operations after ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Plan and monitor raw material procurement, inventory, and production schedules.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Minimize wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Develop and implement SOPs for production processes.
• Coordinate with QA, Procurement, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain production reports, documentation, and process records.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and food safety regulations.
