Design & Branding

• Produce marketing collateral: social media graphics, event invites, presentations, and print material
• Maintain brand consistency across all firm output
• Work with design tools and, over time, AI-assisted design workflows
• Coordinate and work with outsourced partners such as graphic designers, event management teams, etc.

Marketing & Business Development

• Support webinar and campaign execution end to end: invites, social posts, and follow-ups
• Draft LinkedIn content, email communications, and outreach messages
• Maintain BD trackers and the CRM of the organizations and assist with prospect research and competitive intelligence

Events & Coordination

• Support planning and on-ground execution of firm events and conferences
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and speakers
• Manage logistics: travel, materials, schedules, and follow-ups
