Medical Spa Coordinator at Aurora Medical Spa in Des Peres, MO

Medical Spa Coordinator

Location: Des Peres, Missouri

MEDICAL SPA COORDINATOR

Aurora Medical Spa | Des Peres, MO
Full-Time | In-Person | 38–40 hrs/week, weekday shifts plus rotating Saturdays

ABOUT THE ROLE

Aurora Medical Spa is looking for a talented, client-focused Spa Coordinator to serve as the operational and experiential anchor of our Des Peres location. This role touches everything we do, from the first impression a client gets walking through our doors to the clinical flow that lets our providers deliver exceptional care.

ABOUT AURORA MEDICAL SPA | DES PERES

Des Peres sits in the heart of West St. Louis County, a community that expects a high standard and recognizes real quality when it sees it. Aurora Medical Spa has built a reputation across the St. Louis area as a trusted destination for aesthetic treatments and personalized care. Our Des Peres team takes pride in an experience that is professional, supportive, and genuinely client-centered. We are a certified Great Place to Work®, and our culture reflects the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

When you join Aurora Des Peres, you are not simply stepping into a front desk role. You are joining a team that values relationships, professionalism, and a level of service that keeps clients coming back year after year.

The Spa Coordinator is often the first and last interaction a client has during a visit. If you enjoy creating positive experiences and helping a busy clinic run well, this could be an excellent fit.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a full-time, in-person position supporting daily operations and client experience at our Des Peres clinic. You will connect clients, providers, and clinic operations while making sure every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Success here takes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a real interest in delivering exceptional service. You will help manage schedules, coordinate treatment flow, support membership and retail conversations, and contribute to a positive team culture.

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

• Someone organized and detail-oriented, who can manage several responsibilities at once without losing accuracy or professionalism. Follow-through and scheduling precision matter here.
• Someone client-centered, naturally welcoming and attentive, who takes pride in creating a good experience for every client whether it is their first visit or their fiftieth.
• Someone comfortable with sales conversations, confident discussing services, memberships, and retail products, who knows how to educate clients and help them decide without pressure.
• Someone collaborative, who enjoys being part of a team and adds to the clinic environment rather than just working in it, supporting coworkers and providers along the way.
• Someone growth-minded, open to feedback, committed to development, and willing to own both the wins and the misses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will deliver a welcoming, high-level client experience from check-in through check-out, and manage provider schedules with accuracy and proactive communication. You will coordinate daily treatment flow so appointments stay on time and service stays strong, maintain accurate client records, and process transactions carefully.
• You will talk with clients about services, treatment packages, and membership options, and support retail recommendations and client education around products and aftercare. You will partner closely with providers on rebooking and long-term client relationships, and contribute to a professional, positive team culture that reflects Aurora's standards.
