The Business Strategy Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, conduct market analysis, and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends - Support the development and execution of strategic plans and business initiatives - Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases to evaluate new opportunities - Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership review - Monitor performance metrics and track progress of strategic initiatives Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, operations or related fields - Undergraduate/graduate degree from a top-tier university - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field - 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, or a similar analytical role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (SQL required; Python, SOQL a plus) - Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM platform - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in consulting firms, startups, or corporate strategy teams - Familiarity with frameworks such as SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, and financial modeling - Experience with market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Sisense, Tableau) Required Skills: Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Financial Modeling, Forecasting, Data Analysis, SQL, Python, SOQL, Salesforce, CRM Platforms, Data Visualization, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Management Benefits: Flexible PTO, Medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, Stock options, Paid parental leave, WFH and phone stipend
