They are seeking a Jr. Full-Stack Software Engineer to assist in designing, building, and scaling production systems for their AI conversation and workflow platform, while collaborating with teams to deliver robust software solutions. Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, build, and scale production systems across the stack (frontend and backend) in order to power our AI conversation and workflow platform - Assist with architecture for microservices and event-driven systems while setting patterns for reliability, performance, and observability - Ship high-quality, secure features from spec to production, including API design, data modeling, code reviews, CI/CD, and instrumentation - Collaborate with AI and Product teams to turn business problems into robust software that integrates prompts, automations, and guardrails - Improve developer experience through testing strategies, build pipelines, documentation, and operational runbooks - Partner with Customer Success during go-lives to ensure smooth deployments and capture learnings Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems at scale - Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or similar) plus HTML/CSS and responsive design - An understanding of Go or Python (Go preferred) with a strong understanding of API design, concurrency, and performance tuning - Some experience with PostgreSQL including indexing, query optimization, and migrations with a pragmatic approach to data modeling - Strong communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to deliver outcomes in a startup environment Required Skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, API design Important Skills: Go, PostgreSQL Nice-to-Have Skills: communicator, Comfortable with ambiguity Benefits: Start building your PTO hours on day 1, Get access to a competitive health benefits package, Paid holidays and more
