They are seeking a Finance Associate to support financial planning, reporting, and data management, while also improving internal finance processes as the company grows. Responsibilities: - Support the Head of Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business - Help build and maintain financial reports and dashboards that give leadership a clear view of company performance - Organize and maintain financial data with accuracy and consistency so models and reports are always reliable - Assist with a variety of finance tasks as the business grows, from unit economics to investor-facing materials - Help document and improve internal finance processes as we scale Required Qualifications: - You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - up to 2 years of experience or relevant internships - You are precise, catch errors, and understand why accuracy in finance matters - You are comfortable building and navigating financial models in Excel or Google Sheets - You check your work, ask clarifying questions, and care about getting it right - You are open to learning how AI tools can accelerate financial work - You show up with a professional mindset - Excel and/or Google Sheets (financial modeling) - Google Suite - Accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) - BI/reporting tools - AI tools (Primarily Claude for analysis and drafting) Required Skills: Financial modeling, Accounting software Important Skills: Excel, Google Sheets Nice-to-Have Skills: Curious about AI, Dependable Benefits: Start building your PTO hours on Day 1., Access to a competitive health benefits package., Paid holidays and company events., Competitive salary
