Summary: Atonom is defining the Autonomous Era by building intelligent AI agents for various business functions. The AI Finance Analyst will support the Head of Finance in budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis while leveraging AI tools to enhance financial workflows. Responsibilities: - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business - Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards that give leadership a clear view of company performance - Actively use and improve AI tooling (primarily Claude) to automate recurring analysis, accelerate reporting, and draft financial narratives - Organize and maintain financial data with precision so models and reports stay reliable - Assist with unit economics, investor-facing materials, and other strategic finance tasks as the business grows - Document and improve internal finance processes, with a bias toward automation and efficiency Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field - Up to 2 years of experience or relevant internships - Technologically fluent - AI-forward: already use AI tools in your workflow - Numerically sharp: able to catch errors and understand the importance of accuracy in finance - Spreadsheet-proficient: comfortable building and navigating financial models in Excel or Google Sheets - Systems thinker: able to notice inefficiencies and suggest improvements - Detail-oriented and dependable: checks work and asks clarifying questions Preferred Qualifications: - Experience connecting spreadsheets to external data sources or automating them with scripts - Familiarity with AI tools, primarily Claude Required Skills: Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Financial Modeling, Excel, Google Sheets, AI Tools - Claude, Google Suite, Dependability Benefits: Start building your PTO hours on Day 1., Access to a competitive health benefits package., Paid holidays and company events.
