Main purpose:

- Oversee the day-to-day camera rental business.

- Manage equipment, customers, bookings, and rental operations.

- Make sure equipment is properly maintained, tracked, and returned.

Qualifications

- 2–3+ years of experience in camera rental, photography, videography, media production, or similar field.

- Good knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio and other camera equipment.

- Experience handling and checking professional camera equipment.

- Good understanding of equipment rental procedures.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Basic computer skills, especially Excel and inventory systems.

- Ability to identify equipment damage or missing items.

- UAE experience is an advantage.

- Driving license is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

Equipment

- Manage the company's camera and equipment inventory.

- Check equipment before and after every rental.

- Make sure equipment is clean, working and ready for the next customer.

- Record damaged, missing or faulty equipment.

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance when required.

- Make sure batteries, memory cards and accessories are properly managed.

Rentals & Customers

- Handle customer rental requests and bookings.

- Recommend suitable equipment based on the customer's requirements.

- Prepare equipment for customer collection.

- Check equipment when customers return it.

- Explain basic equipment handling and rental conditions to customers.

- Handle customer questions and complaints.

Inventory & Records

- Keep accurate records of all equipment.

- Track which equipment is available, rented, returned, under maintenance or damaged.

- Monitor equipment accessories and consumables.

- Update inventory records regularly.

- Report missing or damaged equipment to management.

Operations

- Coordinate the daily rental schedule.

- Make sure equipment is available for confirmed bookings.

- Coordinate delivery/collection if the company offers delivery.

- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment purchases, repairs and accessories.

- Assist management in deciding which equipment should be purchased based on customer demand.

Management Reporting

Provide regular updates to management on:

- Equipment rented

- Equipment available

- Damaged/missing equipment

- Customer issues

- Maintenance requirements

- Popular equipment

- Equipment that may need to be purchased

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
