We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Doorman to join our Uniformed Services team at The Coral. As one of the first team members guests encounter upon arrival, the Doorman plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment guests step onto the property. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Doorman is responsible for remaining attentive and approachable at all times while stationed at designated entrances. Responsibilities include welcoming arriving guests, assisting with directions to registration areas, helping facilitate luggage handling services, arranging taxi transportation upon request, and ensuring entrances remain clean, safe, and inviting. The role also requires responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, both in person and over the telephone, while providing accurate information about resort facilities, services, and amenities.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training. Previous experience in a similar hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing role is preferred, with a minimum of one year of related experience considered an asset. Successful applicants will demonstrate reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences.

As Atlantis operates a 24-hour hospitality environment, flexibility is essential. Team members in this position must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and other schedules required to support operational needs.
