Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Take and produce high-quality images during animal interactions at Dolphin Cay and other Dolphin Cay related experiences.
Provide superior customer service for guests at Dolphin Cay and other locations.
Utilize the latest in digital photography to capture guest images.
Consistently maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ensure high level of customer service in assisting guests at retrieving photos at self-service kiosks and online portals.
Exercise due care and diligence in safeguarding all photo equipment, especially in wet, marine environments.
Coordinate timing with behaviorists to capture peak behavioral moments.
Follow all safety and marine mammal interaction protocols at Dolphin Cay.
Maintain awareness of animal positioning and behaviorist cues.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned, charged, and ready before programs.
Perform all other reasonable duties as directed by management.
The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Result and solution driven.
Ability to work outdoors and around water.
Ability to adapt to changes in work environment.
Able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
Proficient in the use of computer software and systems.
