GAMEMASTER TEMP Location: Bahamas • Be welcoming and engaging to participants of the escape room experience through customer interactions at the reception desk, intro room and escape rooms.  • Provide information on the different escape room options and what they entail either in person or over the phone. • Process bookings and payments at the point-of-sale systems at reception or at the concession stand. • Manage the reservations system and keep a detailed log of bookings and cancellations.  • Facilitate the escape room experience and provide helpful guidance by monitoring participants’ progress through a real time video feed.  • Identify when participants need assistance and communicate that assistance through typed prompts that will be displayed on a screen for participants to see.  • Manage time effectively and solve problems to ensure an enjoyable game flow so that participants get a challenging yet rewarding adventure.  • Take photos for guests that participated in the experience.  • Assist with keeping an accurate inventory of supplies needed for the operation.  • Assist with the set-up of any special events, meetings, presentations or functions in assigned space.  • Maintain work and storage areas to ensure a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. • Report all direct guest feedback to the management team.  • Respond to guest needs and/or concerns, solving problems in a time-sensitive manner and elevating to a manager for assistance if required.  • Assist with monitoring divisional waste and loss  • Perform all other reasonable duties as requested by management. Required Qualifications:  • High School Diploma • Proficient computer skills  • Ability to adapt to continual change in a fast-paced environment  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while assessing and prioritizing those tasks on a continuous basis  • Ability to be extremely flexible, self-motivated and driven to achieve desired results  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
