We are building a bench of qualified professionals to name in proposals for upcoming public and private sector bids. DUTIES - Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by phone, chat, and ticket - Manage accounts and password resets - Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and endpoints - Document tickets and knowledge articles - Escalate security issues REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ year help desk experience - CompTIA A+ or equivalent (Network+ or Security+ a plus) PAY RANGE Full-time: $40,000 to $65,000 per year.
