ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled .NET Core Tech Lead with 7-9 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and Python, along with a proven track record of building high performance, production grade systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using ASP.NET Core.
• Architect and implement robust Web APIs to support enterprise-grade platforms.
• Write efficient, optimized SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database designs.
• Leverage Python for automation, data processing, or integration tasks as needed.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 7-9 years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
• Strong command of SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Working proficiency in Python.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance backend systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Exposure to legal-tech, case management, or similar domain platforms.
• Familiarity with ReactJS or other modern front-end frameworks.
