Overall Purpose: This role leads a large‑scale, business‑critical transition program moving enterprise marketing operations from a legacy platform to a modern platform ecosystem. The program spans multiple phases, requires parallel operations during transition, and must be executed with no disruption to active business campaigns. The role is fundamentally about program leadership, execution discipline, and risk management, not hands‑on platform configuration.
