Information Technology Intern at Asure Software in Remote

Summary: Asure Software is seeking an Information Technology intern for our Research and Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a professional IT environment, supporting projects in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science while receiving mentorship from experienced IT professionals. Responsibilities: - Support data science, AI, and related projects in an AWS cloud environment - Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues - Support IT staff in daily operations, including system updates and maintenance - Help with software installations, configurations, and testing - Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic IT-related queries - Document IT processes and maintain system logs - Collaborate with the development and security teams on various projects - Learn and apply industry best practices in IT support and administration Required Qualifications: - Current enrollment in a degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Basic knowledge of operating systems and cloud environments - Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience and/or coursework in Data Science and/or Artificial Intelligence Required Skills: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operating systems, Cloud environments, Networking concepts, Troubleshooting
