Summary: Astranis Space Technologies builds advanced satellites for high orbits, expanding humanity’s reach into the solar system. They are seeking a Testbed Infrastructure Intern to work with the engineering team on software design and testing for hardware manufacturing. Responsibilities: - Work with the engineering team to design, write and test software that is used by teams at Astranis to design, test, and manufacture HW - This team is responsible for developing the infrastructure and tooling used by many teams at Astranis (i.e HW testing frameworks, instrument management, testbeds and simulations, telemetry pipelines and databases, internal tools and webapps for manufacturing teams, etc) Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree - Experience with Python - Demonstrated ability to personally design, write, and test software from scratch - U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, Or Refugee/Asylee Status Required Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with embedded systems - Experience with frontend development - Experience with devops/internal tools Required Skills: Python, Software design, testing Important Skills: Embedded systems, Frontend development, DevOps/internal tools Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
