Whether you're beginning your career or looking for meaningful hands-on experience, we'll provide the paid training, clinical support, and mentorship you need to succeed.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence-based therapies available.

No ABA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities build important life skills.
