Primary Duties
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
- Prepare meals and perform light household tasks.
- Offer companionship and appropriate supervision.
- Follow care plans, safety procedures, and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate concerns.
