ABOUT SHINE PROGRAM:

SHINE is a 3-month intensive IT skill development program implemented by Pearltri Foundation (CSR arm of Aspire Systems) to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The program primarily targets graduates from underprivileged sections of society, with a strong focus on enabling equitable access to career opportunities in the Information Technology sector.

SHINE gives priority to students from families with an annual income below 4.5 lakhs, ensuring that deserving candidates who may otherwise lack access to quality training and industry exposure are supported.

The program is designed and delivered with strong industry alignment, leveraging expertise from professionals to ensure participants are equipped with relevant technical, practical, and workplace skills.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Age : 20 to 24 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc,(Mathematics / Computer Science / IT) and BCA Graduates (2026 Batch)
• Candidates with family income of less than 4.5 lakhs per annum are preferred.
