Introductiontothejob In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics. Role and responsibilities As a Quality Assurance Engineer, youplay a keyrole in maintaining and improvingqualityperformanceacrossproducts and processes. Yourresponsibilitiesinclude: You are the main point of contact for quality‑related topics for assigned products and defined parts of the production process. You support and improve quality‑relevant production processes to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing. You analyze and manage internal quality deviations, including decisions on rework or product release and coordination with relevant stakeholders when required. You ensure product quality by performing checks at defined inspection points and deciding on product release for shipment. You create, maintain, and manage quality documentation, reports, and deviation records in line with defined processes. You drive continuous improvement activities by tracking quality measures, supporting problem‑solving initiatives, and contributing to operational projects. You strengthen quality awareness by supporting training activities and collaborating closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams. Education and experience You hold a universitydegree in engineeringornaturalsciences, or an equivalentqualificationwith solid knowledgeofqualitymanagementmethods (e.g. Six Sigma, PDCA, ContinuousImprovement). Youhave professional experience in theproductionoftechnicalproductsor in quality‑relatedindustrialfunctions. Youdemonstrate strong hands‑onknowledgeofcommonqualitymethods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, SPC, FMEA). Youhave a solid technicalunderstanding and areabletoread, analyze, and assesstechnicaldrawings, specifications, and processdescriptions. You perform structuredroot‑causeanalyses and derive, implement, and track appropriatecorrectivemeasures. Deine Aufgaben Als Qualitätsingenieur:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung stabiler und effizienter Qualitätsprozesse. Deine Aufgaben im Überblick: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für qualitätsrelevante Themen bei zugewiesenen Produkten und definierten Bereichen des Produktionsprozesses. Du unterstützt und verbesserst qualitätsrelevante Produktionsprozesse, um eine stabile und effiziente Fertigung sicherzustellen. Du analysierst und bearbeitest interne Qualitätsabweichungen, einschließlich Entscheidungen zu Nacharbeit oder Produktfreigabe sowie der Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern bei Bedarf. Du stellst die Produktqualität sicher, indem du Prüfungen an definierten Prüfpunkten durchführst und über die Freigabe der Produkte für den Versand entscheidest. Du erstellst, pflegst und verwaltest qualitätsrelevante Dokumentationen, Berichte und Abweichungsmeldungen gemäß den definierten Prozessen. Du treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungsaktivitäten voran, indem du qualitätsbezogene Maßnahmen verfolgst, Problemlösungsaktivitäten unterstützt und zur Umsetzung operativer Projekte beiträgst. Du stärkst das Qualitätsbewusstsein durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung und Engineering sowie durch die Unterstützung von Schulungs‑ und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen. Deine Qualifikationen Du verfügst über einen naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit nachweisbaren Kenntnissen in Qualitätsmanagement‑Methoden (z. B.
