Summary: ASML US is a leading company in the development of lithography machines for microchip production. They are seeking a summer intern to assist Production Engineers in automating data analysis for new manufacturing processes, which will enhance decision-making and improve process visibility for new product introductions. Responsibilities: - Support Production Engineers in developing new manufacturing processes by automating data analysis used across factory workflows, enabling faster decision-making, and more effective presentations - Collect, clean, and analyze assembly/test data to create presentation‑ready datasets that improve process visibility and stability for new product introductions - Contribute to documentation and process development by assisting in drafting work instructions for data automation processes Required Qualifications: - Student attaining at least a Bachelor's of Science in a Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, & Industrial/Manufacturing - High preference for candidates with a background in manufacturing - Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work - Can learn and apply new information or skills - Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents - Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism - Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy - Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads - Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability - Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements - Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision - Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication - Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer - Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines - Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift - While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch - The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus - Can work under deadlines - The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level - Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule – twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week - This must include references to day and night shifts for accommodation purposes Required Skills: Data analysis, Manufacturing processes Important Skills: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
