Summary: ASML US is a leading company in the development of lithography machines for microchip production. They are seeking a Learning Specialist intern to contribute to a learning redesign pilot program, collaborating with international team members and advising on best practices for training delivery. Responsibilities: - Contribute to new learning re-design pilot program for ASML. Partnering with our international team members to establish clear goals - Must be able to adapt quickly to the ASML business, recognize key stakeholders and formulate partnerships - Demonstrate adult learning knowledge theory to leverage within Development and Engineering sector learning projects - Identify training and learning skills needs across different level, and advising key stakeholders on best practices for learning (training) delivery - Serves as a subject matter expert in digital learning trends, training and development tools, and provide ideas that continuously explore new and innovative approaches to learning - Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus - Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds - May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus - Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves.
