Role & responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a monthly training plan.
• Coordinate with managers for nominations for vendor programs and other initiatives such as Bootcamps and Lesson Learned sessions.
• Execute training plans according to the established schedule.
• Create classroom sessions in the i-TIME LMS system.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assignments.
• Maintain employee training records, track completion rates, and manage data via the company's i-TIME Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collect feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs.
• Generate reports on training activities and attendance for management review.
